Spring in Patagonia See map

During spring Patagonia is full of colors and joy. With the first warm days there are many activities that can be performed leaving behind the snow, skiing and cold.
 
One of the most beautiful shows to appreciate is the flowering tulips in Trevelin. Every year during the month of October, thousands of tourists come to this town to appreciate the colorful landscape.
 
During September penguins approach to Punta Tombo, 110 kilometers from Trelew. Here is the largest colony of Magellanic penguins in the world.
 
For those who enjoy long walks, trekking is an ideal activity to do in spring and Patagonia is full of circuit. The recent proposal for lovers of the sport is the Andean Footprint path, a path with different difficulties linking the provinces of Río Negro, Neuquen and Chubut.
 
From September the birding season opens in parts of Patagonia, this is a quieter activity that is becoming more popular.
