Camping in Junín de los Andes See map

The area of Junín de los Andes has 15 campings throughout the region. Four are organized, 2 in Lake Huechulafquen and 2 in Lake Paimún, and the remaning 11 are rustic campsites distributed throughout all the area (three in the city exactly: Santa Lucía, Toscas Blancas and La Isla).

In the Secretary of Tourism of Junín de los Andes, located in Padre Milanesio 596, phone (02972) 491 160, each camper is informed about the characteristics of the area, its environment, caring for the environment, caring with fire management, how to control and extinguish fires once you leave the place and designated areas for camping.

It is also recommended everything related to fishing: controls by environmental wardens and guards that are made in the region, permits that the activity requires and that you have to return the species caught.
