The Playaventura resort offers a recreation space where you can camp and do recreational and sports activities in contact with nature.
Located in the Upper Valley of Río Negro and Neuquén, an area that acts as broker to the mountain, where in summer the weather is very hot and well worth spending the night in the region to enjoy the beaches of the Negro River or Lake Pellegrini, near Cinco Saltos. In spring the area becomes a paradise when apple and pear trees are in bloom.
Playaventura is at the confluence of the rivers Limay, Neuquén and the headwaters of the Negro River in the heart of the Upper Valley, near the cities of Neuquén and Cipolletti.
From Cipolletti to General Roca through National Route No. 22 up to the entrance to the Jordán Island (about 5 km). Then towards the river for a distance of 4 km to the raft, and after crossing the river, about 1000 meters further on is the resort.
It is a space for sports and entertainment to enjoy with family or friends. You can also spend a few days camping in the camping area that has grosery store to solve all their needs or stay in the cottage for six people with a choice of breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner, laundry and ironing.
Playaventura has been declared a Museum Site where you can see paleontological fossils found at the scene. Patagonia is an inexhaustible source of discoveries of this kind and unique pieces seen here fossilized extinct species, such as the femur of a dinosaur of 1.05 meters. There are also some grunts animated dinosaurs that have glowing eyes and when they get angry, they expel water.

Playaventura facilities are prepared for all types of outdoor events and a lounge with a culinary offer of first class, as well as traditional "asado". There is also the place specially designed for children with games, a pool with waterfalls from the Game of the Basin, a trampoline, board games and sports like football, tennis, volleyball, shuffleboard, ping-pong, bocce , foosball or chilean shuffleboard to practice outdoors.
