Located in San Lorenzo street between Viedma and Carlos Calvo, 3 km from the city of Comodoro Rivadavia, is considered one of the three largest in the world, along with Russians and the ones in United States. It has a sampling of what is known in the oil subject, as well as rooms with photographs, tools and explanatory models.
It was created in 1987 by YPF (Fiscal Oilfields), in which can be seen from the formation of oil to the same process of extracting, the different phases of oil exploitation, through valuable pieces, such as machinery, equipment, tools and materials. You will also find the remains of the original equipment FAUCK express from which emerged the 1st oil jet on December 13, 1907.

Located on the campus of 8 Infantry Regiment, 11 km from the center of the city center. In this museum you can see the reviews of Campaigns and liberating expedition, weapons of that era, historic uniforms, books and photographs that tell the story by the Mechanized Infantry Regiment 8, Base of Logistics Support and Communications Company 9 with seat of peace within the city.
There is also the monument to General O 'Higgins, whose name the Regiment, the Monument to the Fallen in the Malvinas war and the monument to Falucho soldier.

This museum is small so it is recommended that the number of visitors does not exceed 5 persons, so that in this way can take advantage of a more appropriate space. Located in Hipólito Yrigoyen and Mariano Moreno, the former building of Port Plant, integrates the so call Ferroportuario Museum, which comprises a series of buildings of great cultural historical importance for the city of Comodoro Rivadavia.

This tour includes a set of buildings located in the town of Comodoro.
