Piedras Blancas Ski Resort See map

New ways to enjoy the snow in Bariloche. Since 2009 is operating the Piedras Blancas Resort, located on Cerro Otto.

Piedras Blancas is presented as a major tourist attraction with its own unique characteristics that differentiate it completely from other ski resorts. 

To access it you should take the Pioneros Avenue from the center of town, and at km 1 start climbing the road along the hill. The resort is lower than the rotating confectionery of Otto hill on the south side of it.

In this place, was where skiing began to develop in our country, with the first school run by the legendary Otto Meiling.

Piedras Blancas Ski Resort offers several alternatives to enjoy the snow with family or friends. Everything in the 3000 meters Sledding exclusive tracks, something unique in South America, and many more for skiing, in addition to lifts for 1200 people per hour.

  • Sledding: Go down to a safe speed through fun curves and descents, which you will travel with fun and adrenaline lots of exclusive tracks sleds.
  • ShowBus: They are mountain walks in a modern snowbus where you can get spectacular panoramic views of landscapes.
  • Lifts: It takes you to the summit and from there you can see the beautiful scenery, take photos and then gliding down sledging
  • Winterpark ski school: Offers private and group classes for those wishing to learn to ski.
