Daily flights can be taken to meet Ushuaia from the sky, knowing several places, almost inaccessible by road.
There are various circuits that are carried by aircraft from 2 to 6 passengers. An activity for both family and friends.
Overflights by Ushuaia are offered by the Ushuaia Flying Club and the company Heliushuaia for tours by helicopter.
Both have circuits to find islands, beaches and inhospitable and inaccessible corners of the end of the world.
Heliushuaia is a group of Patagonian pilots between 30 and 50 who decided to offer trips to share the desire to fly and provide another tourist attraction to visit one of the most beautiful areas of Tierra del Fuego.
This option offers private tours by helicopter as an alternative to appreciate the diverse geography of Tierra del Fuego, on flights that durates between 15 to 40 minutes.
The options offered Heliusuahia flyover, with a minimum of 2 passengers are:
*Takeoff Pista Vieja, fly around the city, visit to Mount Susana, the Martial Glacier, Mount Olivia and Cinco Hermanos. Entrance to the valley of Tierra Mayor and Carabajal and return to Ushuaia. The duration is 15 minutes.
*Option 2 is the same route as the flyby 1 but is added the visit to the Lake Esmeralda and Cerro Castor. It lasts 30 minutes.
*On the fly-3 you will do the same as the 2 but adds the wonderful challenge of crossing the Andes to Remolino and El Túnel farms. At 45 minutes back to Ushuaia.
Finally you can fly to San Pablo, fishing rivers (Irigoyen, Ewan, etc.), head of the lake Moatt, Mitre Peninsula, among others. These overflights allow you the option of land and let people in the area or wait for them.
The Ushuaia Flying Club offers tours in small planes. It has a fleet of 6 Piper. Baptism flights enable you to know the southernmost continent area by diffrent circuits. Besides within the facilities in the flying club is the Aviation Museum with pieces of local aviation history, as the DC-3 aircraft that was an important tool development of the city. It also has a flight school, hangaraje and a modern track for planes.

Off, immediately heading north, sighting Mounts Olivia and Cinco Hermanos, Olivia river valley, Carbajal valley, Ski Resorts, Northern Range, Lake Escondido, Lake Bombilla, Lake Fagnano, Lake Yehuin, Lake Chepelmut, Tolhuin, Harberton farm, Beagle Channel, Snipe island sightseeing, Picton, Nueva and Lenox Islands, Pinguinera, Gable island, Almanza port, Williams port, Remolino farm, Les Eclereurs Ligthhouse, De los Pájaros Island, De los Lobos Island, El Túnel farm, Bridges islands, flyby the city and landing. This route is of one hour duration.
Immediately take off heading west, Pipo river valley, Pipo Falls, overflight lateral Tierra del Fuego National Park, Lake Roca, Lagoon Negra, Lagoon Verde, the international boundary with Chile, Lapataia Bay, Beagle Cahnnel, Redonda Island, Estorbo Island, Golondrina Bay, Bridges Islands, De los Lobos Island, De los Pájaros Island, Les Eclereurs Lighthouse, El Túnel Ranch, overflight and landing of the city. The flight time is 30 minutes.
