One of the most important ski centers in the country and with the characteristic of being the southernmost in the world, each winter season comes with renewals and news to continue to fully enjoy the snow.
The magnificent snow-capped Cerro Castor.Since 2010 Cerro Castor offers something new in terms of tracks:
- Reopening of slope Las Lajas in the upper, which has a red difficulty level.
- Extension of the slope La Lenga, from Teleski del Sol to the base.
On the other hand, the sports center reopened the Restaurant 480, which welcomes the snow and friends who visit year after year this wonderful place. The restaurant is located in the heart of the mountain.
In order to improve the experience of skiing and provide quality service every time better, Castor dazzles you with more news:
- Expansion and automation of artificial snow, a total of 12 cannons to guarantee snow to the base throughout the season.
- Incorporating Wi-Fi throughout the mountain.
- Snowpark Expansion and construction of Snow Point, where are performed most of the events during each season. It added new boxes and kickers for the fun to be a maximum.
- Expanding the base boutique with a new style and design.
